Councillor David McGuinness
David Mc Guinness here. I am delighted to welcome you to my website. I hope you find my website useful. Go to my profile page for a full update of my work in the area.
I contested the 2011 General Election alongside Brian Lenihan and I serve Dublin 15 on Fingal County Council as Fianna Fail’s youngest county councillor in Ireland.
I was born and raised in Corduff, Blanchardstown. I went to school locally in St. Patrick’s Junior and Senior National Schools, Corduff, before going on to Riversdale Community College. I graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Music Education and History.
I was elected as your local councillor on June 6th, 2009, amassing a total of 1999 votes and taking the fourth seat out of five seats. The area I represent includes The Ward, Hollystown, Tyrrelstown, Corduff, Ladyswell, Huntstown, Hartstown, Clonee, Ongar, Clonsilla, and Laraghcon. Dublin West takes in the above as well as Blanchardstown, Castleknock and Swords.
I am available at any time and I will continue to work to the best of my ability.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Your local councillor ,
David
