Blanchardstown Councillor David McGuinness has welcomed the announcement of US Multinational Paypal to create a further 200 openings in its European headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. This represents the second jobs announcement this year alone by PayPal in Dublin. The positions will be in the areas of customer service, risk operations, sales and account management.
