Councillor David McGuinness warmly welcomes the commitment from Parnell Estate, Mulhuddart, property management firm Corcoran Jennison to sponsor the lads of FC Blanch over the next 3 years. FC Blanch manager Dave Meehan initially approached Gerard Heffernan of Corcoran Jennison and was blown away with the package that was put before him.

Councillor McGuinness was not surprised to see Corcoran Jennison rooting themselves in the Mulhuddart community as Corcoran Jennison were contracted by Fingal County Council to lease the properties of Parnell estate for the council. They were chosen due to their success in property regeneration in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. They have specific expertise in not only finishing and managing housing developments, they also link in with their surrounding community in an effort to build strong relationships and develop sustainable communities.

This arrangement is of mutual benefit to FC Blanch and Corcoran Jennison. The football club have a 3 year commitment to financial support to cover the many costs relating to the running of a successful club. Also, Corcoran Jennison get to renew their commitment to the local community and help promote their development as an ongoing and successful project.

Corcoran Jennison Ireland representative Gerard Heffernan has informed Councillor David McGuinness that they have successfully leased every property in Parnell estate and that demand is still strong for the estate. They are in constant negotiation with Fingal County Council and hope to expand their successful model to other housing developments within our county and beyond.

Dave Meehan, Manager FC Blanch, has driven his team onto the top position in their AUL league. 4 games played, 4 games won. The club aim to expand over the coming years and have their sights on premier A football. The sponsorship is welcome and will help the club reach their goal.
