From next Tuesday morning 13th July a change in the road layout for inbound traffic on the N3/M50 Interchange at Blanchardstown is being brought into operation. This will include traffic being diverted onto sections on the newly constructed Bridges and Roads at this location.

These changes will reduce traffic congestion as far back as the N3. Morning times are particularly bad here with people going to work or into the city centre. Ultimately, you will never stop at the M50 roundabout as a free-flowing system will operate. This is great news. Works are due for completion in Autumn 2010.
This is a very positive investment into Dublin 15 and it will improve the quality of life for anyone using this junction as traffic jams will be a thing of the past here. I will keep everyone updated as this project comes to fruition.
