David was elected to Fingal County Council in June, 2009. He is is Fianna Fail’s youngest County Councillor in the Country. He works closely with our local Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan to ensure Dublin 15 has the best representation in the country.
David was born and raised in Corduff, Blanchardstown. He was educated in St. Patrick’s N.S. Corduff and Riversdale Community College. He received an Honours Degree in Music Education and History from Trinity College Dublin.
I was teaching locally in Blanchardstown until Christmas 2009. I am now teaching in Lucan Community College. The following are a number of roles I fulfill in my day-to-day duties as your local County Councillor:

- Fingal County Council Special Policy Committee on Housing
