David ran in the 2011 General Election alongside Brian Lenihan.

David was elected to Fingal County Council in June, 2009 at the age of 22. He is is Fianna Fail’s youngest County Councillor in the Country now 25. He continues to work hard for the people and community groups of Dublin West.

David was born and raised in Corduff, Blanchardstown. He was educated in St. Patrick’s N.S. Corduff and Riversdale Community College. He received an Honours Degree in Music Education and History from Trinity College Dublin.

David teaches in Blanchardstown in Riversdale Community College. The following are a number of roles that he fulfills in his day-to-day duties as your local County Councillor:

  • Fingal County Council Special Policy Committee on Planning
  • Fingal County Council Special Policy Committee on Housing
